I think there are way too many. You can’t turn on the TV without seeing nothing but commercials. Everywhere in the city there are giant billboards trying to sell you something. It really annoys me.
I would say there are many, but not as much as when you go online. I really detest those websites with their popups trying to sell me something. And don’t even get me started on all the spam I get in my email.
It’s like you can’t escape from them, you know? You sit down to watch a bit of TV, and bam, there they are, interrupting your show every few minutes. Then, when you’re out and about, it’s the same story – these massive billboards looming over you, trying to grab your attention with flashy ads. It’s just everywhere, and sometimes it feels like you can’t catch a break from it all.
Yes, there are probably tons of ads out there, but I don’t even have a TV, so I’m spared from all those commercials. And I don’t bother buying magazines, so the only ads I come across are on billboards and online. It’s like they’re everywhere, you know? But at least I can avoid some of them by staying offline.
