This means you might get it before the 24 hours are up, but the ultimate deadline is 24 hours after your payment is received.

We have students from around the world sending us their speaking at any time of the day. So, since there are multiple time zones the teacher correcting your speaking might be asleep. This means you will just have to wait a bit longer, but you will always receive it within 24 hours.

First, only IELTS examiners under exam conditions can give you a proper score. Anyone giving you a band score outside the exam is not a proper IELTS examiner. If they are examiners and Cambridge finds out, they will get fired. It is impossible for our teachers to check if you did the task in the allocated time, if you used a dictionary, asked someone for help, or copy pasted from the Internet. All these things will affect your score. You are the only one who knows under which conditions you did the speaking, so you know much better how to interpret the results. We just don’t want to make you feel over confident when you look at the score and during the exam, when under a lot of stress, you expect to score the same.

No, there is a time when you need to practice and use help such as a dictionary, thesaurus, collocation dictionary, review, practice multiple times,… to improve your speaking. And there is a time when you need to check if your practice has paid off. Then you will have to do it under exam conditions, so you have a much better picture on how you will perform when doing the exam. So, in the end you decide, but we think it is best to try for the first time under exam conditions, to have a base, then practice and finally when you think you’re ready again under exam conditions. This will show your progress the most.

The IELTS exam itself cost between 100£ and 200£ and all you get is a letter giving you the score with no feedback whatsoever. A typical IELTS preparation course of 40 hours costs around 500£ where you are in a class of 16 to 20 students. The teachers does not have the time to spend 1 hour of Speaking feedback for each student for each speaking task. So 25£ for extensive feedback as well as tips on how to improve is very little. Don’t forget all the resources we share are completely free and the whole site does not contain any annoying ads.

Yes, you can send multiple speaking, in fact we have a special offer where you pay 4 but can send 5. So you can send us 5 speakings for 100£ instead of paying 125£, that’s 25% off!

No, you can take your time and actually use the feedback provided in your previous speaking to improve before sending use another Speaking. You can send the other speakings later on to the same email address you receive your feedback from.

We try to give all the Speakings to the same teacher, but at times this might not be possible. Still all our teachers are standardized, which means you should get the same feedback no matter who is correcting your Speaking.

If you are not happy with the quality of feedback given, you can let us know within 7 days and we will pay you back. Just contact us and let us know what the problem is?
