Depends on what you call much. I go for a run about twice a week and I try to go swimming at least once a week, I just think it’s an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.
Not really, I’m mostly sedentary. There was a time in my life when I did a lot of sports, football, swimming, going to the gym, but now I hardly have any time. Right now I’m just too busy with other things in my life.
Exercise-wise, I’m all about finding that sweet spot. I hit the road for a run twice a week and try to squeeze in a swim at least once. It’s just my way of staying healthy and feeling good. Keeping up with this routine keeps me on track both physically and mentally.
Exercise? Nah, not really my cup of tea, if I’m being honest. I’m more of a couch potato, you know? I’d much rather unwind with some TV than break a sweat. It’s just not something I enjoy—it feels like a chore to me. I’ve tried getting into it, but it’s never really clicked. So yeah, you won’t catch me hitting the gym or going for a run anytime soon.

I must say that most people here are obsessed with their looks. So, yea I would say if they could they’d probably do exercise all day long.
