I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent cruise I took with your company from July 10th to July 17th. Unfortunately, several issues significantly marred what was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Firstly, the air conditioning in my cabin was faulty, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially during the hot afternoons. Despite reporting this issue to the staff, no effective solution was provided. Additionally, the quality of the meals served was quite subpar. The food was often cold and lacked the variety and flavour that was advertised. Furthermore, the onboard entertainment was poorly organised, with several activities being cancelled without prior notice, leaving guests with limited options for enjoyment.

I was quite frustrated and disappointed with these experiences, as I had high expectations for this holiday, given your company’s reputation. The lack of proper air conditioning severely affected my comfort, and the dining and entertainment issues diminished the overall experience.

I kindly request that you address these concerns and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. A partial refund or a discount on a future cruise would be a fair way to acknowledge the shortcomings of this trip and to restore my confidence in your services.
