There are many things you can do as a student to prepare yourself without a teacher. In the end you as a student are the one who needs to learn all the material to succeed. The teacher should be there to guide, answer questions, clarify, provide extra resources, and the most important provide feedback. For feedback you can ask one of our experienced teachers to look at your speaking and give you speaking feedback, writing feedback if you need help with this. Finally you can always book an online class to get that extra little support you need. Still, here is an overview of all the things you can do for yourself.
