I would have to say yes to that one. I spend most of my free time doing various kinds of sports. It just gives me a lot of energy and I immensely enjoy the buzz I get from a good workout.
I don’t think so. I’ve never really liked sports. Even in highschool I tried to weasel out of any sports classes. Maybe I should have done or do some more sports, because I’m sure it will help me with my health problems. I just can’t seem to get myself to do any and I really don’t know why.

Yes, I do. It is the only way I can relieve stress and get significantly healthier. Also, it is my favorite way to meet new people and have fun with other people. So, yes for sure.
Hello,
Aye Nyein Myint, thanks for your comment.
This is a great response. You use some really good language and collocations: relieve stress, get significantly better,…
Maybe you can expand it a bit more with some examples of what kind of sports you enjoy doing and/or watching. It’s always nice to extend your answer and in part 1 include a personal example. Part 3 would be more a general example.
Hope this helps
